Help raise money for Tiny Tots while cleaning out your garage and then having a delicious dinner!

Tiny Tots’ Board of Directors is thrilled to announce that we are planning two fun fundraisers to support our favorite little nonprofit organization.

First up is the Spring Toy Resale. A great way to find a new home for your no-longer-needed children’s toys and baby clothes, the Spring Toy Resale will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 8 in the Tiny Tots indoor playground at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 2200 Coburg Road, Eugene.

Tiny Tots members can rent selling space for $20. Non-members are invited to sell their children’s gently used toys, clothes and small-sized baby equipment for $30 per space. That’s it! You can keep 100 percent of your profits! All table fees paid to Tiny Tots will benefit our nonprofit organization.

If you’d like to donate any unsold toys to Tiny Tots, that would be fantastic! (We can’t accept donations of clothing or baby equipment.)

Our second spring fundraiser is the Tiny Tots indoor playground’s Pizza Day at Papa’s Pizza. It will take place all day on Thursday, April 10 at the Papa’s Pizza on Coburg Road. Papa’s Pizza will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight that day. If you bring in one of our Tiny Tots’ Pizza Day flyers to the business when you make your order, then half the cost of all your food purchases will be generously donated to Tiny Tots by Papa’s Pizza!

This works for all in-restaurant food and all food that’s ordered and picked up. (Deliveries are not included.) In addition, you can buy special gift certificates  – called fundraiser bucks – at Papa’s Pizza that day (also using your flyer), and 25 percent of the cost of the fundraiser bucks will be donated to Tiny Tots!

Flyers for the pizza night are available at http://www.papaspizza.net. We also will have some at the indoor playground. Feel free to give flyers to your friends, your family, your work colleagues or post them around town. Anyone who brings in a flyer that day can help raise money for Tiny Tots! The only exclusion is that we can’t pass out flyers inside Papa’s Pizza or in the Papa’s Pizza parking lot. But all advance publicity at other locations is welcome and encouraged!
